An engagement and impact event for curriculum developers, policy-makers, teachers, linguists, and science experts, will be held at the Royal Society in London on Monday 27th June.
The purposes of the meeting are:
- To consider the implications of the findings for teaching science at secondary level and National Curriculum reform.
- To communicate the findings of the AHRC funded project, ‘Translating Science to Young People’, to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Michael Reiss (Professor of Science Education at UCL, Institute of Education) will deliver the plenary talk.
